Due to continued success in providing advice to HNW clients, this successful IFA practice requires a professional and proactive Administration Team Leader to provide manage and lead their Client Services department. You will take a hands on approach to your work, acting as the initial point of contact for client queries and well as liaising with product providers. In addition, you will manage and develop the administration and review process to ensure a first class service is provided to internal and external parties. Your work will cover Investment, Pension, Tax and Protection planning.
The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge and understanding of the Financial Planning process, ideally gained within an IFA practice. You will be able to manage and develop team members as well as dealing with your own workload. You will be highly IT literate with experience of Financial Services systems and Platforms. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work using your own initiative. Progress with professional qualifications is preferred.
