Applications are invited from dynamic individuals who have a track record in Administration and Operations within the Financial Services industry. Your role will be varied as you will play a key part in the ongoing success of the business.
You will responsible for leading the Administration team who provide holistic support to the Advisors. You will manage workloads and service delivery, ensuring the well being and productivity of your team. You will analyse processes and procedures and work to make improvements where necessary. You will support the wider HR and Operations functions including facilities, payroll and financial management.
The successful candidate will be accustomed to multi tasking and be able to manage a varied workload. You will have a thorough understanding of the Financial Planning processes, ideally gained within an IFA environment. You will have experience in dealing with office operations as well as possessing the ability to lead and inspire your team.
