Are you an experienced financial services administration professional, looking for a new role in a dynamic and flexible environment with a growing firm?
The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge and understanding of the Financial Planning process; have experience using industry software, ideally gained within an IFA or financial services practice.
Duties for this role will include:
- Processing new business including fund switches, pension transfers, top ups and income payments.
- Keeping client records up to date.
- Booking annual review meetings
- Preparing letters of authority
- Preparing meeting packs for client reviews.
- Onboarding new clients, setting up records and completing GDPR & AML requirements.
- Dealing with client queries
The candidate:
- Good time management skills
- Able to build relationships with both the team and clients.
- Proactive individual
- Able to manage their own workload
- Previous financial services experience is essential
