Due to continued success in providing financial advice, mortgage services and commercial finance to a range of clients, this finance group is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager
Conducting advice suitability file reviews, ensuring risks are minimised but retaining a commercial acumen to promote the continued growth of the advisory business. This role will suit an experienced financial planning / finance compliance professional with an excellent eye for detail and diligent work ethic. The position can be performed remotely after initial training, with regular meetings in the East Midlands
Duties for this role will include: complete file checks, observations and remedial actions and repairs where needed, assist with updating commercial mortgage operation procedures and any audit finding, research new processes and procedures and ensure compliance to all commercial mortgage regulations
You will likely have:
- Good standard of education including English and Maths.
- Experience in a senior compliance role within the commercial financial industry
- Preferably a financial services qualification
- Excellent knowledge of the UK Financial Services Regulatory Framework
